We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team at Armor Capital. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Ivan Chiu, who will be joining us as Director.

Ivan has over 17 years of investment banking and private equity experience and transacted close to US$5.0B worth of deals in disruptive technology, healthcare and consumer sectors. Ivan led the regional M&A roll-up strategy of EC Healthcare (SEHK: 2138), Hong Kong’s largest non-hospital medical service provider. Prior to joining EC Healthcare, Ivan was the Investment Director of AP Investment, a global multi-billion dollar private family office headquartered in Hong Kong and managed their private equity portfolio with AUM of over US$5.0B.

He previously managed the cross-border private equity investment activities of China Everbright Limited (HKSE:165), a leading Chinese alternative asset management company with AUM of close to USD 24.0 billion. Some of the investments led by Ivan include Taboola (NYSE:TBLA), Arbe Robotics (ARBE:NASDAQ) and SatixFy Limited. Ivan started his career at KPMG’s M&A team and later joined Rabobank’s corporate finance team, successfully completing cross border public and private transactions.

Ivan is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds an MSc. and an BSc. in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
